Common Ground Country Fair
The Common Ground Country Fair will be at MOFGA’s Common Ground Education Center in Unity, Maine on September 19, 20, and 21, 2025. The fairgrounds are open Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MOFGA’s annual celebration of rural living features 1000-plus exhibitors and speakers, and emphasizes vibrant communities, sustainable living and local economies, while highlighting organic agriculture.

Art has proudly been a part of Norway’s downtown history since 1967. The Norway Maine Arts Festival celebrates art and community in the foothills of Western Maine and across the state. The festival showcases artisans of all kinds through art and craft vendors, live demonstrations, performances, keynote speakers, musicians, and farmers, all set within the historic buildings of downtown Norway.

Featuring over 100 juried exhibitors from Maine and the greater Northeast the show is dedicated to showcasing a wide array of high-quality craft work in the following media categories: basketry, ceramics, decorative and wearable fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper, printmaking, stone, and wood. In addition to the vibrant mix of fine craft exhibitors the event will feature demonstrations, and outreach booths spotlighting New England and Portland arts organizations craft guilds, and schools by invitation.

Stop by on Saturday between 10am - 4pm to view the process of unloading a wood fired train kiln. The kiln will open at 10am and ceramics will be unloaded throughout the day. Over 300 new pieces from local ceramic artists will be unloaded and available for purchase. Come see what it’s all about!
